"We all have things that we don't talk about. I've recently started to feel through and heal the weight of my twenty years of things. Crying as a release had been beaten out of me as a child, and so I have a very complicated relationship with crying. I had an energy healing two days prior to meeting with Renée for a sound healing. My energy session brought up so much pain that I'd never allowed myself to feel. Two days into processing these feelings, and I hadn't had a proper release, it was starting to make my heart ache. Unable to bare it anymore, I called Renée. She set up a sound healing over messenger for me so that I didn't have to leave the security and safety of my home. I told her, "I need you to make me cry." She replied with, "I'll see what I can do." I put myself in my healing space in my mind, and even over a video chat, I felt safe in her presence. I feel like she pulled all the stops for me, she made the bowls sing, she was singing, at one point she pulled a drum out. Renée created the right space, and the right frequency for me to properly break, I sobbed for over an hour and a half while she just held, and procured the environment for me to do so.
