Meditation Sessions and Workshops

    Meditation is not about finding peace at last. It is about rediscovering the peace that already exists within. For many people that looks like quieting the busy mind and mental chatter. We live in a busy world, full of distractions and triggers. Most of us are asked to wear many hats within the course of a single day, and the to-do list seems never ending. It can be difficult to put all that aside for a short time, and focus on solely ourselves. We've been conditioned to believe that if we stop working, stop going, nothing will get done. We've also been conditioned to believe that we are lazy or selfish if we dare take time for ourselves.

    Self care isn't selfish. Finding time for You can be difficult, but it is not impossible. My meditation classes and workshops are designed to help you quiet your mind and eliminate the mental chatter, to bring you back to self.
